Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for smooth operations.
• Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain records of customer visits and appointments.
• Provide information about Spinny’s products and services.
