- Senior Resident: Post Graduation Degree/Diploma, MD, MS, DNB, DM, M.Ch
- Super Specialist: MBBS, Post Graduation Diploma, MD, MS, M.Ch, DM, DNB
- Professor: Post Graduation, MD, MDS, MS, DNB, M.Ch, DM
- Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Adjunct/Visiting Faculty: Post Graduation, MD, MS
Age Limit– As per the ESIC Haryana recruitment notification, the age limits for the posts are as follows:
- Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years
- Super Specialist: Maximum 70 years
- Professor: Maximum 50 years
- Associate Professor: Maximum 40 years

- Associate Professor: ₹1,63,113 per month
- Assistant Professor: ₹1,40,139 per month
- Adjunct/Visiting Faculty: ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 per day
