- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in:
- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Secured Business Loans
👥 Age Limit:
21 to 35 years
💰 CTC Offered:
Up to ₹3.0 LPA (depending on experience and skillset)
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Officer, your role will be:
- Sourcing and acquiring MSME clients for secured loan products.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Understanding customer requirements and offering suitable loan products.
- Ensuring complete documentation and compliance.
- Achieving monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Coordinating with credit and operations team for smooth loan processing.
