Qualification
- Junior Supervisor (Safety – Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Junior Supervisor (Paint): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience in paint supervision.
- Assistant Superintendent (Finance): Graduate with Intermediate pass from ICAI/ICWAI or MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience.
- Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator): Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject and 2 years of experience.
- Technical Assistant (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Shipbuilding): 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering field with 5 years of experience.
- Nurse (Male): B.Sc Nursing or 2-year Diploma in Nursing with 2 years of hospital experience.
- Office Assistant (Clerical Staff): Bachelor’s degree with 1-year computer course and 3 years of experience.
- Office Assistant (Finance/IA): Degree in Commerce with a computer course and 1 year of experience.
- Shipwright Fitter: 10th pass with training certificate from Deck or Engine Department and 2 years of experience.
- Structural Fitter: ITI and NCTVT in Structural Fitter or related trade with 2 years of experience.
- Welder / Machinist: ITI in the respective trade with 2 years of experience.
- Safety Steward: 10th pass with 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety and 2 years of experience.
- Painter: Minimum 10th pass qualification with 4 years of experience.
