Based in Tiruchirapalli, this role involves driving financial inclusion initiatives, leading microfinance operations, and overseeing branch performance across the state.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in microfinance, along with a deep commitment to community empowerment and inclusive banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Execution

Develop and implement the state-wide strategy for microfinance.

Identify underserved areas and design outreach initiatives to promote financial inclusion.

Portfolio and Branch Management:Oversee the performance of multiple branches across Tamil Nadu, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Monitor loan disbursements, portfolio quality, and manage risk to achieve sustainable growth.
